Appointment Cancellation Policy

• If you are a first-time client, pre-payment is required. Payment may be made via Zelle or by purchasing an online gift card.

• If you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, your payment will be credited toward your next session, or it may be transferred to a family member or friend you designate.

• If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or do not notify me at all, the full amount of the session will be charged.

• If you must cancel due to an unexpected emergency, 50% of the session fee will be charged, and the remaining 50% will be credited toward your next session.
